The funnest girl lunch ever...

So Melly and I headed down to Alpine on Wed, July 1st to go and visit Dear Lizzie, a super fun bistro/cupcakery/chocolate shop/shabby chic home decor store. It was delicious in every way, from the pink roses on the table to the buttercream frosting on the cupcakes (which I'm guessing was delicious as Jonathan ate the two that I brought home without even consulting me first) ((Oh, and did I mention that I'm three weeks away from birthing his child and he ate my cupcakes?)) (((Oh, and did I mention that there were two and he ate both of them???)))

Anyway, we had fun, I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and Melly ordered a turkey avocado and we split our sandwiches so we got to try both. I found the cutest vintage glittered sparrow for the babies room (yup, still no name) and have hung it up on the curtain rod. So, so cute!

The witty slash evil sister award goes to Melly (when doesn't it?) I told her to pause a minute before taking my picture so that I could attempt to not look fat. Her reply, "Good luck with that". Oh, sigh, what would I do without laughing so hard that I get close to peeing my pants.

It was so fun. We need to do that again. I want to go to Farm Chicks in Spokane next summer so don't get pregnant again and we can go together. We'll make a weekend of it.
